12 Mitchell Street McMahons Point was undoubtedly one of our standout properties for 2011. Formerly the Sikman and Coates furniture factory, built in 1936 and later converted into contemporary offices by European architect Villa Massimo, the building now stands proudly among Sydney’s most unique and luxurious single residence warehouse conversions. We supplied a premium photo, interactive floorplan and video package which captures the architectural features, the industrial Art Deco details and the harbourside surroundings of the property to spectacular effect.
